Trekkers lodge has established in early
1971's and given shelter to the trekkers who
were
heading [Trekkers Lodge Pokhara Nepal] trekking to Annapurna. This is one of the
pioneer lodges located infront of Basundhara Public Park and Miteri Park in
Phewa lakeside. Now we have built new block with modern facilities like Cable
TVs, Tub bath, Telephone according to the desire of our valuable customer. We
have total 25 rooms of various rates. View of Annapurnas and Phewa Lake can be seen from rooms of New block.
Our location is perfect sanctuary for lovers or mountaineers and trekkers alike
with its relaxed atmosphere, warm Nepalese hospitality and a touch of that old
genteelness makes Pokhara and the trekkers lodge a place of exceptional charm
and a wonder for the guests to spend some time amidst idyllic nature.
Pokhara:
Pokhara valley is one of the most important tourist spot in Nepal. The beauty of
the valley is superior by the lakes and caves. This natural beautiful city is
located 200 km west from the Capital (Kathmandu) and is situated at an altitude
of 900 meters from the sea level . Climate remains very favorable all the year
around, neither it is too cold here. Bindabasini temple, Davis fall, Seti
Gandaki river, Seti george, Mahendra cave, Gupteshwor Mahadev cave, Kedareshwor
Mahadev temple, Begnas lake and Tibetan refugee camps are the main important
sights in Pokhara. The Annapurna range as seen from Pokhara is probably the
best-known scene from Nepal. Yet, even the most through familiarity with the
view does not prepare one for the experience of seeing them in reality, as even
regular visitors to Pokhara can attest to. It so often happens that clouds
gather up during the afternoon and tourists, who generally land up in the
Annapurna range is impressive by any standard. Looming ahead to take centre
stage is Machhapuchchhre or Fishtail, which gets its name from the shape of its
summit.

It is guarantee that if weather remain clear,the mountain can be viewed as in the above picture. The above original
picture was taken on the 10th of November 2002 at 9.00 am . A tourist is
watching the panoramic view of the mountain from the roof top garden. The
location of the lodge is just opposite of the Fish Tail Lodge main entrance.
